Livin' That Preppy Life Style: Preppy Essentials

Preppy is a life style, but it's also a way of dressing. The word Preppy can be defined in more than one way. To me preppy is anything nice and clean-cut. A lot of times when you hear the word "Preppy" words like high-end and expensive come to mind. Well, that is not completely the case. Yea, a lot of people livin' that preppy life style shop in stores such as J Crew, Lilly Pulitzer, Ralph Lauren, Vineyard Vine, Tory Burch, and the list goes on. They're other stores and online shops that sells very similar items for a wallet friendly price such as Forever 21, Old Navy, Amazon, and Etsy shops just to name a few. There are a few essentials that are key in preppy dressing. 

Essential #1
Oxfords- A shirt, dress shirt, button-front shirt, or button-up shirt is a garment with a collar, a full-length opening at the front from the collar to the hem, and sleeves with cuffs. 
(Their great for layering in the fall/winter)
